The books confirm the fact that Hoang Sa and Truong Sa have been under management and protection by Vietnam for generations.

Ngo Thi Thanh Hang, member of the Party Central Committee and standing deputy secretary of Hanoi’s Party Committee, has given 1,000 books on different subjects to the committee’s library.
