Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said cohesion and responsiveness shall be the key to realize the bloc's goals.

Once again the 10-member bloc emphasizes the importance of centrality and unity in the face of rising threats posed to the region.

The event will promote friendship between Vietnamese and other peoples of the world and make the celebration of Tet (Lunar New Year) in Vietnam more joyful.
