Hanoi delegation makes great contribution to National Party Congress’ success
The Hanoi Party’s delegation always plays a pioneer role in implementing the 13th Party's Resolution.

What are the major successes of the Congress?
I think the Congress attained two biggest achievements which are the meticulous preparation of the draft document for the Congress and the personnel work.
During two years, many conferences and consultations were held for drafting the 13 National Congress. The documents are the convergence of the wisdom of the entire Party and people in order to realize short and long-term goals and help the country steadily develop.
The second is the work of the staff. The Congress could only succeed with the most prominent members representing more than five million others and the entire people of Vietnam, to together form a new development path for the country in the time to come.
Can you give more insights on the work of human resources and what is your expectation for the staff of the Party Central Committee at this Congress?
I am very honored and proud to attend the Congress. I see that all the personnel work at the Congress has been conducted very meticulously.
At the event, the Hanoi Party Committee delegation arranged appropriately time for its delegates to study the biographies of candidates. The election process was implemented in five steps, ensuring centralized democracy, and promoting wisdom in the Party. Especially, the nomination list presented by the Presidium and the 12th Party Central Committee has made a high agreement.
We believe that each delegate considered and selected the most excellent members to the 13th Party Central Committee.
Can you tell us the contributions of the Hanoi Party's delegation to this congress?
As having the largest number of delegates among the delegations, the Hanoi Party delegation has made responsible contributions to the contents discussed at the Congress.
Specifically, there were 12 very insightful and comprehensive comments on all documents submitted at the Congress.
What contents will the city focus on to successfully implementing the Resolution of the Congress?
We are always determined to play a pioneering role in implementing the 13th Party's Resolution.
During the past two years, when the 12th Central Party Committee decided and established groups for drafting the Congress documents, main contents, directions, basic guidelines that were applied by the Hanoi Party Committee in the process of building the Resolution of the 17th Congress of the municipal Party Committee.
This is the most responsible and exemplary contribution of the municipal Party Committee for the 13th National Party Congress.
