The applications will benefit the Hanoi Party Committee and subordinate Party organizations, government agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and other political and social organizations throughout the city.
The system includes a document management and city administration platform for Party organizations and political-social organizations at all levels. It also features a task tracking module to monitor assigned work.
There's a hub for planning work trips and assignments for the Hanoi Party Committee, and AI-powered virtual assistants for document requests and task verification.
A key component is the government email network, built on Hanoi's shared IT infrastructure, which will be rolled out across three levels of the city's administration, providing a unified and secure communication platform for officials and staff.
The document management system provides eight core functions that allow users to track assigned and completed tasks. A 'paperless meeting' feature creates a more efficient and interactive working environment, reducing paperwork and improving productivity.
The AI-powered assistant will help officials quickly find information in Party documents. Other tools include an AI task verification assistant and a specialized digital signature service for official documents.
Viettel and MobiFone will provide the technical infrastructure and ensure stable 24/7 operation. The launch event will be broadcast online from the Hanoi Party Committee to district and local authorities.
Once operational, these applications will improve citywide management and communication, streamline work processes, reduce paperwork and save time, allowing officials to focus on their core responsibilities.
The system will also help to collect data, plan policies, and develop socio-economic strategies.
