In the final six months of the year, Hanoi would continue to boost administrative reforms in state budget collection and address concerns of the business community, said a Hanoi leader.

This comes as Vietnam’s GDP growth in 2020 is set to expand by 2 – 3%, much lower than the 6.8% target initially set for the year, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has said.

Hanoi is estimated to record an economic expansion of 4% in 2020, significantly higher than the national average of 2.5 – 3%.
