145 hotels in Vietnam signed up as isolation centers for the coronavirus-infected people.

Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Vuong Dinh Hue suggested Hanoi should mobilize hotels for mass isolation of suspected Covid-19 patients.

Hanoi’s accommodations are willing to host quarantined people and reduce the overload of in mass isolation centers. However, criteria for hosting quarantined people have not been released.

The growing trend of FDI to Hanoi showed result of the city authorities’ efforts to reform administrative procedures and ensure a favorable investment environment.

Along with the capital city, some provinces have also joined the promotion program to encourage Hanoians to travel.
