During the first nine months of 2019, industrial park companies achieved impressive business results, especially developers who own large-scale land banks for lease.

Hanoi has a total of 70 operational industrial clusters and parks in 17 districts, covering an area of 1,686 hectares.

Nearly half of the number should be able to take part in the supply chain of multinationals in Vietnam.

In the first five months of 2020, industrial parks and economic zones drew 390 foreign projects worth US$4.3 billion.

This resulted in a total of 9,853 foreign-invested projects in the country’s industrial parks and economic zones with total registered capital of US$197.8 billion to date.
