The Communist Party of Vietnam has put personnel its top priority before the 13th National Party Congress which is slated for 2021.

Hanoi will soon finish the administration of the third and fourth doses of the Covid-19 vaccines to adults and speed up the injection of the third dose among people aged 12 and over as soon as possible.
