Michelin inspectors will explore more gastronomic corners across the country and bestow more stars on Vietnamese eateries and chefs while chefs from abroad will also want to open a restaurant here.

Chef Anh Tuyet, who is dubbed "Head of State Chef" and "The Living Culinary Book" for her dedication to Hanoi and Vietnamese gastronomy, hopes Michelin stars will help promote local food.

Pho, street food and Michelin-starred restaurants will be the highlights of the Hanoi Cuisine Introduction Space 2023, which is scheduled to take place in the capital city starting on September 29.
