Hanoi’s traffic problems, exacerbated by the increasing number of private vehicles, can only be solved by implementing intelligent transport systems.

The seminar is part of the Vietnam-Asia Smart City Summit 2023, which took place in Hanoi on November 29-30.

The summit aims to share best practices and promote cooperation among Vietnam's provinces and cities in building and developing smart cities.
