Vietnam accommodates a large number of Japanese experts while the East Asian country is home to more than 400,000 Vietnamese people.

Vietnam needs huge investment capital to develop strategic infrastructure projects during the 2021-2030 period, with Japan being a key partner in terms of ODA.

Vietnam expects Japanese investors to help the country create breakthroughs for development, especially in terms of capital, technology, and governance capabilities.
