Nearly 86% of Vietnamese enterprises have been affected by the pandemic.

As of June 2020, 30.8 million people aged 15 and older in Vietnam have been hurt by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Up to 17.6 million people have received less income than before the Covid-19 outbreak while the services sector faced the most severe impacts with 72% of its workforce directly affected.

The services sector faced the most severe impacts with 68.9% of its workforce directly affected, followed by the industry and construction sector and agro-forestry and fishery.

The pandemic has been the major factor that took away work opportunities of 1.6 million people.
