Foreign companies are abusing preferential treatments from free trade agreements (FTAs) between Vietnam and its partners for illegal transshipment.

Despite severe Covid-19 impacts, Vietnam – South Korea trade relations this year is on track to reach or even exceed the US$70 billion mark recorded in 2019.

Key goals include continued strong economic growth, driven by manufacturing, and supported by a further integration into global supply chains through the pursuit of trade pacts and export market diversification.
