Hanoi Water Supply and Sewerage Company has proposed using the Red river’s water through a system of pumps to supplement West Lake and clean up the To Lich river.

The northern bank of the Red river is designed to be a new and modern urban area.

Developments along the Red river will play an important role in driving Hanoi's future.

This will be the ninth bridges in Hanoi crossing the Red river.

Hanoi’s authorities have actively worked with relevant ministries and agencies to accelerate the zoning plan of the riparian areas on both sides of the Red river crossing the capital city.
